Withdrawal with an active bonus
While your bonus is active, you must cancel it before making a real-money withdrawal. If you do, you lose the bonus credit and all wagering progress made so far. Once you have fully met the wagering requirements, the bonus credit is converted into real money and can be withdrawn. A cancelled bonus cannot be restored.
When the deadline ends
If you do not meet the wagering requirements in time, the bonus credit and any winnings linked to it expire. Free Spins and Super Spins have a separate validity period of 90 days from the date they are credited.
