Set limits

A fixed budget and regular breaks can help keep gambling under control. Money for rent, bills or other commitments is not a gambling budget. Losses cannot be reliably recovered by placing more bets.

Limits and time-outs

You can set loss and stake limits in your 7Melons player account. A newly added or reduced limit takes effect immediately. An increase or removal only takes effect after 24 hours. A time-out can last from one day to six months and can apply to all offers or selected game categories.

Take warning signs seriously

Constant thoughts about gambling, hidden losses or borrowing money to keep playing can be warning signs. Support is also available if you are still unsure or are concerned about someone close to you.

Gambling block and protection of minors

You can request a voluntary gambling block in your player account under «Responsible gaming» or through customer support. The block applies throughout Switzerland and also at other licensed casinos. Removal is subject to specific requirements and is not automatic.

Gambling is only permitted from the age of 18. Login details must not be shared. Children and young people must not be given access to the player account.
