Participation and player account

Participation is open to adults who live or usually reside in Switzerland and are not subject to a gambling block or ban. One player account is permitted per person. Account details must be accurate. Login details must not be shared.

Verification and payments

Withdrawals are made after verification to a Swiss bank account in the player’s name. With a provisional player account, deposits of up to CHF 1,000 in total are possible. No withdrawals are possible before verification.

Bonus offers

Each promotion has its own eligibility terms, wagering requirements and deadlines. Before a withdrawal, the wagering requirements for an active bonus must be completed or the bonus cancelled. If you cancel a bonus, the bonus balance and any wagering progress already made are lost.
